Perry Lakes Aquifer Replenishment Project
Council decided at the August 2011 meeting of Council not to progress to the construction phase of this project.

Perry Lakes Stadium Redevelopment
In December 2005 the WA government passed the Perry Lakes Stadium Redevelopment Act 2005 that saw the Perry Lakes Stadium site and Ak Reserve resumed from the Town of Cambridge with the State Government undertaking the development of both the sporting facilities and residential land development.
The Town will receive net proceeds estimated to be at least $50 million once the development is completed.
