Community Perception Surveys

Every two years the Town of Cambridge conducts a Community Perceptions Survey to gauge the opinions of ratepayers and residents about Council services.

Catalyse is commissioned to complete the exercise and provides information that can be used to benchmark Council-run services and to provide valid performance measures that can be improved and built upon.
