Temporary Food Stallholder Permit

To run a temporary food stall at an event held on Town owned or managed property you must apply for a Temporary Food Stallholder Permit.

 A person is permitted to run a food stall on a public place if:

  • they are the holder of a valid food stallholder's permit; or
  • they are an assistant specified in a valid food stallholder's permit.

Ensure you have a digital copy of the relevant documents and certificates such as your Food Act 2008 Certificate of Registration, last inspection report, public liability insurance (if applicable).
