Facilities

The hall offers a large hall with a theatre stage, making it suitable for functions, events and dramatic performances. Some stage lighting and audio equipment is available.

Capacity

The maximum number of people allowable in the hall is 296 with seating available for 180.

Hire rates

The 2014/2015 rates to hire the Leederville Town Hall are:

Agency - where the organisation is an incorporated non-profit agency, Charity or Local Government  $38  $267 
Government - for all State and Federal Government departments and organisations  $50 $350
Commercial - for all commercial business and private hirers  $62 $432.50

Parking

Parking is available in a 68 bay car park adjacent to the hall.

Equipment

The following equipment is available at the hall:

  • One urn
  • Six burner electric stove
  • Large oven
  • 520 litre fridge
  • Two sinks and preparation area
  • Chairs and trestles
  • Ceiling fans
  • Wall mounted heaters
  • Separate bar area (wet floor)
  • Public address system with microphone and stand

When hiring this venue, please note:

  • No crockery or cutlery is provided;
  • Trestles are located in the storageroom and under the stage;
  • Chairs are located in the store room next to the foyer; and
  • Light panel is located in the same store room.

Access

External access is via the rear of the hall, through the kitchen. All other doors can be opened from the inside.
