Business Beat Kit

Local Governments are working with Central Metropolitan Police to help reduce business related crime.
Business Beat is a set of resources which has been developed to help traders to improve safety, prevent crime and reduce the negative impact on their business.
A Business Beat Kit has been developed to help local businesses prepare and deal with the threat of crime on their premises.
The kit includes a safety and security audit checklist and information sheets on cash handling, shop-lifting and hold up precautions and crime prevention through environmental design.
The ‘Business Beat’ initiative will be run in conjunction with the cities of Perth, Nedlands, Subiaco and Vincent, the towns of Claremont, Cottesloe and Mosman Park and the Shire of Peppermint Grove and is supported by WA Police.
Individual information sheets can be downloaded by clicking on the links below. Hard copies are available at the Town's administration centre.
