Good Business Access Guide

Cambridge is committed to providing local businesses with information on becoming more inclusive and accessible for all.

The 'Good Business Access Guide' is a step-by-step guide helping to improve your current trade practices relating to access and inclusion and how your business can be recognised as a 'Good Access Business' in the community.

There are four million people in Australia who have access requirements; this may include parents with prams, people with English as a second language, seniors with buggies or people in wheelchairs. Providing accessible facilities will help your business win these loyal customers, their families and friends.

If your business meets the criteria and would like to be recognised as a Good Access Business, please contact the Town's Community Development Officer who will be happy to come out to assess your business.

Recognised businesses will be provided with a window sticker to clearly identify them to the public as an ' Accessible Business'.

The 'Good Business Access Guide' is available for download below.

The Town also welcomes feedback on access and inclusion in Cambridge. Have your say in the online feedback form here.
