A stallholder permit gives approval for a person to conduct a stall at an event on a public place with the written permission of the event organiser.
A person is permitted to conduct a stall on a public place if that person is either:
(a) the holder of a valid stallholder's permit; or
(b) an assistant specified in a valid stallholder's permit.
