JP Service @ Library from 2 November 2012

The Town provides a Justice of the Peace (JP) Service at the Cambridge Library (99 The Boulevard, Floreat) between 11am and 1pm every Friday.

JPs are highly respected community members who volunteer their services for free.

The documents listed below, amongst others, need to be witnessed by  an authorised witness (JP):

1. Affidavit
2. Statutory declaration
3. Certified copy
4. Warrant
5. Prosecution notice
6. Enduring power of attorney
