Cambridge Senior Services (CSS) is managed by the Town of Cambridge and funded by the Commonwealth and State Governments.  CSS provides Home and Community Care (HACC) services to frail aged seniors, people with disabilities and their carers who reside within and around the Town of Cambridge.

 CSS is a boutique service that prides itself on giving personal attention and care to our clients. Eligibility for services is determined by a HACC assessment and a fee for services applies. All services provided are designed to promote independence and wellness.

 

Cambridge Club

The Cambridge Club is a Seniors Day Centre program held at the Wembley Community Centre.  The Cambridge Club offers eligible HACC clients individual support and care with the opportunity to socialise, connect with their local community, participate in outings and group activities, and make new friends.

Club days are: Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 3.00pm

Note: Daily fees apply and meals are available.

 

A day at Cambridge Club includes:

  • Afternoon tea
  • Transport home
  • Occasional day outings

Home Support Services

Cambridge Senior Services also provides a range of home support services to assist with maintaining an independent lifestyle and staying connected with your local community. All services provided by Cambridge Senior Services adhere to the HACC National Standards

  • Group Transport - shopping bus service

Referral for Services

If you or someone you know would like to receive services from Cambridge Senior Services please telephone 9387 9101 and we can organise a HACC assessment in your home.  Alternatively you may like to phone the Regional Assessment Service (RAS) on 1300 785 415 or ask your GP for advice.
