Graffiti Removal Request Form

Please give a description on the on-line form below of graffiti you have seen within the Town including:

  • Graffiti type (spray can, marker pen etc)
  • Graffiti location
  • Nearest cross street, corner and/or landmark

Please remember graffiti will not be removed from State or Federal Government facilities. Main Roads WA, Western Power the Department of Education and Training and other government organisations have graffiti reporting and removal services available by phone, email and on the Internet.
