Cowden Park is a small neighbourhood park located between Kimberley and Northwood Streets in West Leederville.  An Improvement Plan for Cowden Park has been developed in consultation between the local community and Council with the aim of providing and maintaining facilities and open spaces for visitors to the park.

The work associated with the Improvement Plan will be undertaken in the 2007-2008 financial year.
