The Town of Cambridge proudly hosted the 2025 German MotorWerks and Radlink Communications Wembley Pro-Am on Tuesday, 13 May at Wembley Golf Course, a highlight of the Adidas PGA Pro-Am Series.
With blue skies and the course in top condition, the event brought together a strong field of professional and amateur golfers for a day of first-class competition and community spirit.
Darcy Brereton delivered a standout performance, shooting a bogey-free round of 64 to claim the Pro-Am title, finishing two strokes ahead of a high-calibre field that included Cameron John, Marcus Fraser, Daniel Fox and Andrew Martin.
Deputy Mayor Ben Mayes spoke at the presentation, highlighting “We’re incredibly proud of Wembley Golf Course, not just as a top-tier public golf facility, but as a place where people come together”, and praising the Pro-Am as a celebration of sport, community, and excellence.
