Several playgrounds in the Town have has been identified as requiring replacement or refurbishment through our playground audit inspection program. Playground replacements are programmed for Jubilee Park playground, City Beach and Donegal Park playground. Ocean Mia Park playground is planned to be refurbished.

Local residents and park users will be consulted to inform the design for the playground replacements.

Scope

Jubilee Park Playground

Replacement of equipment. Shade structure is being retained. Additional funding is being sought to replace the playground edging.

Replacement of equipment and edging. Top up of sand softfall. Shade structure will be retained.

Refurbishment of existing equipment. Degraded rubber softfall surfaces will be removed and replaced. Existing edging being retained.
