Tara Vista Park is a local neighbourhood park in West Leederville.  The park assets are ageing and the playground, picnic table and furniture require renewal. Areas of turf are degraded with large areas of heavy shade from the trees and surface roots. The park will benefit from hydrozoning and native planting for more efficient water usage.

Scope

The Project scope includes:

  1. Community engagement to understand the current use of the park and identify community needs 
  2. Design phase Procurement of contracts and services 
  3. Construction 
  4. Community input on the design will be sought from residents surrounding the park, and park users in the coming months.

Project scoping and engagement planning have commenced.
