The peak national organisation representing the rights, needs and interests of older Australians.  COTA Australia is the national policy and advocacy arm of the COTA Federation which comprises COTAs in each State and Territory. COTA Australia focuses on policy issues from the perspective of older people as citizens and consumers.

 Stay on Your Feet

Stay on your Feet is provided by Injury Matters and funded by the Western Australian Department of Health. Falls can happen to us at any age; however, changes we go through as we get older can put us more at risk of having a fall. The good news is that falls are preventable no matter your age, and Stay On Your Feet has simple tips and tolls you can use to keep your active and on your feet.
