The Town has received an application for third-party advertising (electric billboard signs) to Telstra Smart City Payphones in the road reserve (verge) areas in front of Nos. 292 & 350 Cambridge Street, Wembley and 440 Cambridge Street, Floreat.
The application proposes third-party advertising (electric billboard signs) to be displayed on LED screens in three separate Telstra Smart City Payphones located within the road reserve verge areas in front of the following properties:
292 Cambridge Street, Wembley
350 Cambridge Street, Wembley
440 Cambridge Street, Floreat
As the Telstra Smart City Payphones will be located in proximity to a property that you own or occupy, the Town is seeking your comments on the proposal.
The Town can consider and approve applications that do not meet the deemed-to-comply provisions where the proposed development satisfies certain design principles.
To assist the Town in determining this application, you are invited to view the plans and comment on the parts of the development that do not meet the deemed-to-comply provisions and/or the proposed use.
