  • Proposed Garage wall on the western boundary in lieu of a 1m setback

Residential Design Codes 7.3 Vol 1 - cl5.3.5 – Vehicle Access 

  • The proposed driveway is setback 0.02m to the western boundary in lieu of 0.5m

Residential Design Codes 7.3 Vol 1 - cl5.4.3 – Outbuildings 

  • The proposed garage has a proposed wall height of 2.9m – 3.5m in lieu of 2.4m
