Local planning Policy 3.3 – Building Height

  • Building Height:
    • The application proposes a maximum overall building height of 7.4m to a portion of the balcony roof. The rest of the building has a maximum height under 7m.

Local planning Policy 3.12 – Minor Structures Behind the Street Setback Area

  • Screening Structures:
    • The application proposes a free standing privacy screen setback 1m from the north boundary.
