Residential Design Codes:

  • The proposed northern lot boundary setback is 0.9m. 

Local Planning Policy 3.1 – Streetscape:

  • The proposed percentage of landscaping within the primary street setback area is 51%.
  • The proposed addition incorporates wooden gables into the design.

The Town can consider and approve applications that do not meet the deemed-to-comply provisions where the proposed development satisfies certain design principles.
