Free Filming Workshops
Two free full day workshops are available for young film enthusiasts aged 13 to 16 to help prepare submissions for the Cambridge Short Film Festival.
Dates: Tuesday 6 & Wednesday 7 October 2020
Time: 9.30am - 3.30pm
Location: Cambridge Library, 99 The Boulevard, Floreat
(The workshops include location filming with transport provided by Town of Cambridge buses.)
What to bring: Bring your own lunch. Equipment provided.
The workshops will cover:
- Script writing, storyboard, brainstorming and shooting strategy
- Filming on location
- Reviewing raw footage and learning about editing
A group film will be created as part of the workshop to be showcased during the festival in addition to individual and group entries.
Places are limited. Registration is essential.
Participants are encouraged to attend both days to cover the film-making process.
