One of Australia’s greatest bands, Icehouse, returns to WA to play a very special, very massive show at WA’s most exciting new venue - City Beach Reserve.

Icehouse have left an indelible mark on Oz music from their pub rock days, to a string of iconic hits and amazing live performances.

They will be joined by their very special friends Pete Murray, You am I, Tex Perkins, and Killing Heidi to form a massive line up.

Icehouse was formed by Iva Davies and are one of those bands who have managed to transcend age groups with a career spanning 40 years. Generations of music lovers have been brought up with hits such as Crazy, Electric Blue, We Can Get Together, Great Southern Land, Hey Little Girl and Man Of Colours to name a few. Icehouse have sold over three million albums locally, more than nine million internationally have achieved 28 platinum album sales in Australasia. They have had eight Top 10 albums and more than 30 Top 40 singles. Icehouse and Iva Davies have won many awards including the Countdown Award for the Most Popular Male Performer and ARIA Awards for the Best Album and Highest Selling Album for Man of Colours. The band was inducted in the ARIA Hall of Fame in 2006. In June 2013 Iva was made a Member of the Order of Australia(AM) for‘significant service to the music and entertainment industry’ as a songwriter and performer, and to the community.

  • Non Alcoholic Beverages - you can bring an amount of unopened non alcoholic beverages with you. Please note no cans or glass bottles will be permitted, or plastic bottles that have had their seal broken. Sealed plastic bottles of soft drink are ok.
  • Comfortable shoes as this is an outdoor, grassed venue
  • Camp chair or picnic rug. There is no reserved seating for this concert.
  • Credit, Debit or Eftpos card ONLY for bars for concerts in SA, NSW, Vic, QLD. Cash or card is accepted in WA. Cash is accepted at most food vendors and merchandise in all states.

  • Cameras with detachable lenses and / or tripods, video cameras and audio recording equipment or any other equipment deemed by the Promoter to be “professional” in nature
  • Musical instruments, air horns, megaphones, drums etc
  • Fireworks, flares or explosives
  • Balls (including inflatables), sporting equipment, bicycles, skateboards etc
  • Animals – except for authorised Guide/Companion animals
  • Any item which is reasonably considered by the Promoter as being able to cause injury, nuisance or offence to any other person attending the event.

 

ASSISTANCE FOR MOBILITY IMPAIRED / WHEELCHAIR PATRONS

Our outdoor concert sites are predominantly flat grass parkland and in some cases beach areas, and at times, part of the venue can be soft and boggy. For patrons in a wheelchair, there will be an accessible viewing area. However being accompanied by a carer is recommended. Parking for ACROD or wheelchair patrons is not always assured, however in the absence of parking close to the gates, alternatives will be provided. We strongly advise that you advise the ticketing agent, when purchasing your ticket, if you are in a wheelchair or need assistance, so we can contact you prior to the event.

We have made a number of provisions to ensure our events are accessible to all. These include provision of a complimentary carer ticket, accessible entrance lane at the main entrance, accessible toilet facilities, marked pathways to navigate around the concert site and a dedicated viewing area if you wish to utilise it. 

On show day, our customer service staff will be available if you need assistance. Please email info@zaccariaconcerts.com if you wish to pre arrange assistance or have any further enquiries prior to the event day.

If relevant, please make sure that you bring all of your necessary medical devices with proper documentation. All medication must be properly labeled with the persons holding the medication name on it. There will be a First Aid tent on site attended by medical professionals should you need medial assistance or a private area.

Service Hours: Monday - Saturday 9am - 8pm; Sunday 9am - 5pm AEST (closed Christmas / Boxing Day)

 

ACROD Access:

ACROD parking is limited so please allow plenty of time to get to the venue in advance to secure a spot. If you hold a disabled parking sticker, your designated parking location will be sign posted. Show your ACROD sticker to traffic marshals when entering the Car Park and they will be able to give you a further directions. Please be aware that this is an outdoor venue with undulating hills so it may be necessary to attend the event with assistance.

There is no camping on site and all patrons must depart the venue after the show.

Alcohol:

You may not bring in or leave with any alcohol whatsoever.

ATM:

There will be no ATM on site. 

Bags:

Bags, and any containers, chair carry bags and so on will all be subject to a search upon entry. Any person in possession of prohibited items may be refused entry to the site. If in doubt leave it at home or in the car.

Bars:

Credit, Debit or Eftpos card ONLY for bars for concerts in SA, NSW, Vic, QLD. Cash or card is accepted in WA. Note there is a 1.1% surcharge.

Box Office:

One box office will be in operation and located near the main gate.

We are expecting large crowds so to avoid queuing at the venue, patrons are encouraged to pre-print e-tickets or collect their tickets in advance from a Ticketmaster outlet.

Cloakroom Facilities:

Cloakroom facilities will not be available. Prohibited items will not be permitted within the event, so if in doubt leave it in the car or at home.

Children:

Babies under the age of 2 are permitted free of charge without a ticket. Children aged 3-17 must have a valid children's ticket. A Child may enter the Premium GA area area so long as accompanied by a Parent with a valid Premium GA ticket.

Chairs:

You may bring a fold up style beach chair or picnic blanket.

Food, Water & Beverages:

There will be a range of bar and food options. Free drinking water will be available in the venue and patrons may bring in empty plastic bottle to refill at the water stations. You may bring your own snack food in a small esky or plastic container. You may bring your own SEALED plastic bottles of non alcoholic beverages. No cans. You may NOT bring metal cutlery or glass or large eskies.

First Aid:

First Aid will be in attendance. 

Flasks/Thermoses:

Flasks are not permitted.

Merchandise:

Merch will be for sale, make sure you visit the dedicated merchandise tent on site. Cash or card is accepted.

Pass Outs:

There will be no pass outs for this event. Please bring everything you need as once you enter the venue you will not be able to leave unless you are leaving for good.

Photo ID:

Will be required to purchase and consume alcohol and service will not be provided to people under 18 years of age. Please note that because this is a licensed venue, patrons are unable to take any alcohol from the site at the end of the night, whether opened or sealed.

Premium General Admission Ticketholders:

Bring your own fold up chair or picnic blanket. (There is no supplied/reserved seating). Remember to take advantage of your early entry time. 

Smoking:

Smoking is prohibited in all parts of the venue, excluding designated smoking areas.

Weather:

The concert will proceed rain or shine. Only exceptionally severe weather conditions will affect the performance, so be prepared for either scenario.

LEAVING THE VENUE AFTER THE SHOW

Please be prepared and allow some time to leave the venue if you are driving. Expect delays. Your patience is appreciated. Also please respect our neighbours.
