Floreat SLSC - Indian Ocean Open Water Swim

The Indian Ocean Open Water Swim offers FIVE events to choose from: 500m, 1.25km, 2.5km, 5km, and 10km, the latter being a Rottnest Channel & Port to Pub qualifying swim event.

The 500m event is open to swimmers from 9 years old!

The long-distance events (1.25km, 2.5km, 5km, & 10km) offer prizes for the first male and female swimmers to cross the finish line.

Entries for the event close on Thursday, 30 November 2023.

Registration on the day at Floreat SLSC for all swimmers opens at 6:30 AM, Sunday, 3 December. Late entries close at 7:15 AM, and registration closes at 7:30 AM. The race briefing on Floreat Beach is at 7:50 AM.

• 08:00 AM - 500m Event Starts
• 08:15 AM – 10km Event Starts (10km qualifier cut-off at 12:30 PM – 4 hours 15 min)
• 08:20 AM – 2.5km Event Starts
