Introducing to our workshop program: an age old way to minimise waste to landfill…

Kintsugi is the Japanese art of putting broken ceramics back together with gold — built on the idea that in embracing flaws and imperfections, you can create an even stronger, more beautiful piece of art.

Every break is unique and instead of repairing an item like new, the 400-year-old technique actually highlights the "scars" as a part of the design.

This workshop on August 19th includes a gold repair kit with all necessary equipment and tuition.

When: Thursday August 19th | 6:30 – 8:30pm
Where: Town of Cambridge Admin Building
