Back-to School Workshops with Strength Heroes

Encourage your little learners to approach the new school year with excitement and wonder and join the team at Floreat Forum for two amazing drop-in workshops that help children build resilience through art & play.

Strength Heroes fun and engaging workshops use positive psychology principles, designed specifically towards building creativity, growth mindset, and self-esteem; helping children to develop important life skills, grow their strengths, think healthier and achieve success.

Parents/Carers can also pick up a FREE worksheet filled with activities to help support their children with a smooth transition to the new school year.

I Am Grateful

Children will identify what they are grateful for in their community. They will then create a series of mono print cards and flower making to give to people in their community to express their gratitude.

I Am A Strength Hero

Children will begin by identifying their strengths. They will then make a pocket pal who will remind them of their strengths, to be brave and comfort them when their nerves take over.
