West Leederville Heritage Places Investigation

The Town has recently engaged a heritage consultant to investigate the West Leederville Activity Centre area for potential heritage places and undertake assessments of these places. This is in response to the progress of the West Leederville Precinct Structure Plan (WLPSP) which is to support redevelopment of the area. Further information on the WLPSP project can be found here.

Several Place Records have been prepared which outline the heritage assessment in accordance with the format and information requirements of the Heritage Regulations. The Place Records and Related Information to the matter (such as the recent Council Report to commence consultation) are available in the tabs below.

Following public consultation, Council will consider the submissions and inclusion of the heritage places on the Town's Heritage List and Local Heritage Survey.

If you would like to make comments on the draft Place Records, please submit your comments in writing to the Town of Cambridge via mail to PO Box 15, Floreat WA or via email to mail@cambridge.wa.gov.au and use the reference "West Leederville Heritage Places". The submission period closes on Monday 17 February 2025.
