Local Laws
Local laws govern activities on land that is owned or managed by the Town, as well as certain activities conducted on private land within the Town.
Local laws have the status of legislation, are enforceable and the Town may authorise officers to enforce the local laws on its behalf.
Local laws must be reviewed every eight years.

The Animal local law establishes enforceable requirements for the keeping of domestic animals, large animals, miniature horses and pigs, poultry, pigeons and bees in the Town.
