Amendments to Local Planning Policy 3.12

MINOR STRUCTURES BEHIND THE STREET SETBACK AREA 

At the Ordinary Council Meeting held 26 July 2022, Council resolved to adopt draft amendments to Local Planning Policy 3.12: Minor Structures Behind the Street Setback Area for the purposes of public consultation. 

The proposed amendments to the Policy are to remove the duplication of provisions relating to forms of development and land use that are now exempt from requiring development approval under schedule 2, clause 61 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015. An additional provision has also been included to address design principles for boundary and dividing fences which are not exempt from development approval.

Submissions on the amendments to the local planning policy should include the policy number and title, and details of the submission. Submissions may be lodged online via the button below, by email to mail@cambridge.wa.gov.au or to 1 Bold Park Drive, FLOREAT WA 6014 and are to reach the Town by 5:00pm Monday 26 September 2022.
