INVITATION TO COMMENT - DRAFT LOCAL PLANNING POLICY 3.2: BUILDINGS ON THE BOUNDARY

 

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Cambridge has prepared amendments to Local Planning Policy 3.2: Buildings on the Boundary, for public comment.

The overarching objective of the proposed amendments are to ensure that buildings built up to the boundary are approved only where it can be demonstrated that the development is consistent with the desired future character of City Beach and/or Floreat and where the design principles of the Residential Design Codes (the R-Codes) are met.

Submissions on the draft Policy should include the policy number and title and details of the submission. Submissions may be lodged online via the Town’s website, by email to mail@cambridge.wa.gov.au or to 1 Bold Park Drive, Floreat WA 6014 and are to reach the Town by 5:00pm Monday, 5 April 2021.
