Notice is hereby given that the Town of Cambridge has a draft Payment in Lieu of Parking Plan (the draft Plan) out for public comment.
The draft plan is required to enforce cash in lieu of parking provisions for non-residential developments as per Part 9A of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.
Submissions on the draft plan should include the title and details of the submission. Submissions may be lodged by email to mail@cambridge.wa.gov.au or in writing to 1 Bold Park Drive, FLOREAT WA 6014 and are to reach the Town by 5:00pm Tuesday 23rd May 2023.
The draft plan and supporting information can be viewed via 'Related Information' on this webpage and at the Town of Cambridge Administration Building, 1 Bold Park Drive, Floreat during business hours.
