LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME AMENDMENT AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION

COMPLEX AMENDMENT

Notice is hereby given that the local government of the Town of Cambridge has prepared the above mentioned scheme amendment for the purposes of:

1. Inserting an entry in Schedule B entitled ‘Additional Uses’ by including an additional use right over Lot 97 (No. 1) Oban Road, City Beach for the purposes of ‘Consulting Rooms (group)’ with conditions; and
2. Amending the Scheme Map accordingly.

The draft Scheme Amendment documentation can be viewed on the Town’s website at www.cambridge.wa.gov.au/public-notices and at the Town of Cambridge Administration Building, 1 Bold Park Drive, Floreat during business hours up to and including 10 November 2023.

Submissions on the scheme amendment may be lodged, using the submission form found on the above website link:

• By email to mail@cambridge.wa.gov.au; or
• By mail at Town of Cambridge, 1 Bold Park Drive, Floreat WA 6014.

Submissions are to be lodged with the undersigned on or before Friday, 10 November 2023.
