Notice is hereby given that the sum of $2086.61 has been owing to the Town of Cambridge for a period of 3 years for rates/service charges in respect of the land described below. A further amount of $7584.65 has accrued and unless payment is made of the total sum of $9,671.26 within 3 months from the date of this notice the local government will, pursuant to Section 6.64 of the Local Government Act 1995, offer the land for sale by public auction at a time and place appointed by the local government.
