A development application for the above proposal has been received by the Town.
Accordingly, the Town is seeking your comments on the following:

In total 10 seats for customers are proposed inside the café and 6 customers seats are proposed outside beneath the existing awning.

The café is proposed to operate between Wednesday and Sunday 7.00am to 3.00pm, and 5.00pm to 9.00pm.

Two short stay bicycle spaces are proposed to be available, no long stay bicycle space is proposed.

Sixteen (16) on site car parking bays at the rear of the property are available for the proposed use.

Up to three staff are proposed to be on the premises at any one time.

Two non-illuminated awning signs are proposed, one on the front of the awning and one on the western side of the awning.
The Town can consider and approve applications that do not meet the deemed-to-comply provisions where the proposed development satisfies certain design principles.
To assist the Town in determining this application, you are invited to view the plans and comment on the parts of the development that do not meet the deemed-to-comply provisions and/or the proposed use.
