The Town of Cambridge is undertaking a roof drainage upgrade at its Administration Centre on Bold Park Drive. The project focuses on improving the gutter system on the southwest side of the building to better manage water flow during periods of heavy rainfall.

By enhancing the connection to existing downpipes and upgrading the gutter configuration, the works will help prevent water pooling and support more efficient stormwater dispersal. These improvements are designed to strengthen the building’s overall drainage performance.

This initiative reflects the Town’s commitment to proactive maintenance and long-term care of its facilities, ensuring the Administration Centre continues to serve the community reliably and sustainably.

Project Schedule

  • Review scope of works: September – October 2025
  • Procurement and contractor engagement: November 2025 – January 2026
  • Construction commencement on site: February 2026
  • Target completion: April 2026
  • Final inspection and close-out: May 2026
