Demolition at 35 Boronia Crescent
Last Updated: 23 January 2026
Background
The City Beach Telstra Exchange is located at 35 Boronia Crescent, City Beach. It was built in the late 1960’s. It’s single storey, with a basement. The land is owned by the Town, while the building was previously leased to Telstra. The final lease agreement has ended, following which Telstra exited the building and it became the property of the Town. Since this, the building has remained disused.
The building no longer serves any purpose to the Town, and is not known to be of any significance, heritage or otherwise. As such, it is proposed that it is fully demolished.
