The City of Perth Surf Life Saving Club was built as part of the City Beach Precinct redevelopment in 2015. Being located very close to the ocean, salt laden air has contributed to declining condition of the ducted air conditioning system that services the building, and it’s now due for renewal.

A request for quotation has been issued to mechanical contractors to commence the design process. This engagement will align with the project need by investigating the current conditions and design for the next step.
