Section 40 Liquor License

A Section 40 Liquor License is granted by the Town for the sale of liquor on-site for licensed premises.

If you wish to apply for a Section 40 Liquor License, you must complete the Town of Cambridge Section 40 (Liquor Licensing) Application for Section 40 Certificate of Local Planning Authority(PDF, 300KB) and include the required information listed in the Town of Cambridge Section 40 (Liquor Licensing) Information Sheet.pdf(PDF, 250KB) and send via email to mail@cambridge.wa.gov.au

The cost of this application is $73.00. Refer to Planning Fees.

If a Section 40 Liquor License is issued by the Town's Planning Services, then a Section 39 Certificate can be applied for from the Town's Health Services.
