Tenders, RFQs, and EOIs

Submitting a Tender, Request for Quotation, and Expression of Interest

Electronic or hard copy RFT/RFQ/EOI submissions will be accepted. Hard copy submissions are to be hand delivered to the tender box located at the Town of Cambridge Administration Centre at 1 Bold Park Drive, Floreat WA 6014.

The respondent's name and RFT/RFQ/EOI number must be placed in the subject line of the email or submission.

Please send your submission to: contracts@cambridge.wa.gov.au

Please note: the onus is on the respondent to ensure their submission has been electronically received by the Town prior to the due time and date.

The Town is not obliged to accept any incomplete or partially received submission through electronic transmission.

All submissions must be under fifteen (15) megabytes if submitting directly to the Contracts email address above. If your submission is over fifteen (15) megabytes, please send a link to a personal cloud storage service (sometimes referred to as an online backup service e.g. Dropbox) that is frequently used for file sharing and collaboration or by placing a USB in an envelope and placing it in the Town’s Tender Box located at 1 Bold Park Drive, Floreat WA 6014 prior to the closing date and time.

LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

 All Town of Cambridge RFTs/RFQs/EOIs are advertised in the West Australian newspaper and online.

Contractor Safety Management Practice

The Town acknowledges it has the same occupational safety and health obligations to contractors as it does to its own employees.

As the 'Principal' the Town understands the duty of care to contractors cannot be contracted out and will reasonably ensure that all contractors are protected from risk of injury, or ill health, while on Town of Cambridge premises or when carrying out their duties on behalf of the Town.
