To ensure good asset management, club/community group longevity, intergenerational equity and reasonable user contributions.

To develop a framework for the establishment and management of community gardens.

Sets guidelines for the recording of developer contact with Town of Cambridge Planning staff.

Provides guidelines to Elected Members for the management of their meetings with developers, and defines their duties, responsibilities and recording or meetings.

To effectively manage the allocation of funds from reserves and endowment lands account with respect to the Town's asset replacement strategy and wealth strategy.

To articulate the level of commitment for the prevention, detection, response and monitoring of any fraudulent or corrupt activities within the operations of the Town of Cambridge.
