Food Safety Training

The Town of Cambridge supports the FoodSafe® Food Handler Training Program, developed by Environmental Health Australia.

This program provides an introduction to food hygiene and safety practices for food handlers and is designed to help businesses meet their legal obligations to produce safe food. It includes practical training and guidance on implementing record keeping for food premises. 

The training can be completed online via FoodSafe Online.
