Background

The Wembley Golf Course (WGC) hospitality building is owned by the Town, as part of the broader WGC complex. It is leased to a commercial tenant, who operates Ambrose Estate (weddings, functions, events) and the 300 Acres restaurant and bar.

The Town received an audit report from a consultant in 2025, which outlined recommended maintenance and remedial actions for the building. The Town intends to engage a contractor via an RFQ process, to complete the recommended works.

Scope of works

Consultant to investigate the building condition (complete). Engage a contractor to complete maintenance and remedial works, in line with the consultant’s recommendations.
