Every two years, the Town of Cambridge conducts a community satisfaction survey to ask our community how we are performing against the objectives set out in our Strategic Community Plan. We call this survey the Community Scorecard.

It helps us priortise our efforts and resources based on what’s you tell us is important to you.

The Community Scorecard is independently managed by an external research provider to ensure that all responses remain anonymous are managed in accordance with privacy legislation.   

The Community Scorecard is a key element in the development, and review, of our Strategic Community Plan.

Hard copies of the updated Strategic Community Plan are also available for viewing at the Town’s Administration Building or Cambridge Library.
