Bushfoods of Perth: Growing Native Food Plants

Humans have managed seasonal food resources in this region for thousands of years. Many bushfood plants grow naturally in the Perth area, and understanding their seasonality and management history adds to their appeal. This workshop offers an introduction to Perth’s native food resources, with a focus on species that can be successfully grown in private gardens.
