Make a Deputation to Council at a Public Agenda Briefing Meeting

The Town of Cambridge Council Meetings Policy(PDF, 256KB) provides an opportunity for the public to address Council at a Public Agenda Briefing Forum regarding an item on the agenda for the upcoming Ordinary Council Meeting.

Deputation requests are to be received by 12pm on the day of the Agenda Briefing Forum, any late requests will be at the discretion of the Presiding Member.

Deputation conditions:

• Request for a deputations should be received prior to the Public Agenda Briefing meeting 

• A maximum of 3 minutes is allocated for each person.
