The Town is seeking public feedback on proposed amendments to draft Local Planning Policy 1.3: Design Review Panel (LPP1.3) by 5:00pm Friday, 26 September 2025.
LPP1.3 has been reviewed to better align with the State Government’s updated Local Government Design Review Manual, and outlines the scope, responsibilities and Terms of Reference for the Town’s Design Review Panel members including the Chair.

Submissions may be lodged online, by email to mail@cambridge.wa.gov.au or in writing to PO Box 15, Floreat, WA 6014.
If lodging a submission via email or in writing, please include the policy name (Local Planning Policy 1.3: Design Review Panel), your full name, email, and relevant address.
Submissions are to reach the Town by 5:00pm Friday, 26 September 2025.
