The Boulevard Centre, built in 2002, is undergoing minor office layout upgrades to improve functionality and better support day-to-day operations. The project focuses on creating a more practical and welcoming workspace that meets current needs and allows for future team expansion.
To achieve this, the existing office configuration will be reworked, with new workstations installed to enhance efficiency and collaboration. These changes are designed to make better use of available space and improve the overall working environment.
As part of the updates, unnecessary fixtures will be cleared to streamline the environment and improve usability. The result will be a refreshed office area that supports productivity and provides a more enjoyable working experience for everyone at the Boulevard Centre.
Project Schedule
- Review scope of works: August 2025
- Procurement and contractor engagement: September– October 2025
- Construction commencement on site: November 2025
- Target completion: December 2025
- Final inspection and close-out: January 2026
