To display goods on public property that is Town owned or managed you must apply for a Temporary Sign or Planter Box Permit.
Ensure you have a digital copy of the relevant documents and certificates such as a plan, photos or accurate sketch of proposed area and display structures and public liability insurance (if applicable).

The Town's Local Government and Public Property Local Law(PDF, 317KB) and Trading in Public Places Local Law(PDF, 277KB) provides regulation for the management of temporary signs, goods, goods displays, planter boxes and any other item placed on public property that is owned or managed by the Town.
