The Town of Cambridge supports the FoodSafe® Food Handler Training Program.
The Environmental Health Australia FoodSafe Food Handler Training Program is an introduction program for food handlers.
It is a training program that brings food hygiene and safety information directly to businesses through training and implementation of record keeping.
It is highly recommended as a way of ensuring that your business is meeting the obligations to produce safe food.
The training component can be accessed through FoodSafe Online.

A printable certificate is available upon successful completion of the course.
