Winmarley Park Playground equipment in Floreat has been identified as requiring replacement through our playground audit and inspection program and replacement is scheduled to be completed this year.

Scope includes:

• Engagement with residents and park users
• Design and procurement of new play equipment
• Installation of new play equipment
• Shade sails are being retained
• Swing being retained

Project Schedule:

• Engagement and design: November – December 2025

• Procurement and production: January – April 2026

• Site works and installation May: – June 2026
