Wembley Golf Course will soon open its gates to a newly built family-friendly miniature golf course, complete with event pavilions available for hire, and a children's playground.

Opening Monday 14 November, the miniature golf course will be the first of its kind in Western Australia.

The miniature golf course complements the new hospitality precinct including restaurant 300 Acres and dedicated function facility Ambrose Estate, as well as a kiosk and new change rooms.

The high-quality landscaped miniature golf course is a scaled down version of a full size golf course, taking into account tee and hole placements, and featuring lavish landscaping, water features and shady trees.

The works cost $3.5 million and will be repaid by user fees over time.

The miniature golf course has been designed with 9 of the 18 holes being wheelchair friendly, with tees set to challenge players of all ages as they navigate sand traps and water features.

Modifications to Wembley Golf's Tuart Course will be commencing soon to maintain its Par 71 rating, which includes a new short game practice area.

The new miniature golf opening completes a major redevelopment of Wembley Golf Course, making it the perfect venue for a fantastic day out with the whole family.
