Wembley Golf Course (WGC) is pleased to welcome Nicole Martino back to the team as its new General Manager.

Ms Martino's journey with WGC began in 2009 when she joined as a casual employee while pursuing a professional playing career. She returned on 12 January 2026 with extensive industry experience, fond memories, and a passion for seeing how the facility has evolved. Her top priority is to build strong connections with the team and our customers to enhance the overall golf course experience.

Over the past 16 years, she has built a distinguished career as a PGA Professional, holding senior roles including Golf Manager at The Western Australian Golf Club, Operations Manager at Golf Management Australia, and six years at Marangaroo Golf Course. She currently serves on the PGA of Australia Vocational Members Council, becoming one of the first women to achieve this milestone, and was named the 2023 WA PGA Management Professional of the Year.

Ms Martino's career began on the ALPG and Ladies Asian Golf Tour before transitioning into a PGA traineeship and Golf Management, driven by her passion for learning. She has since completed a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Sport Management and earned the Certified Club Manager designation from the Club Management Association of America.

Her love for golf started at age 11 in the junior programme at Royal Fremantle Golf Club, where sibling rivalry sparked a lifelong passion for the game. Today, she still enjoys playing golf and supporting her two children in their sports, both of whom have recently taken up golf themselves.

WGC is delighted to welcome Ms Martino back to Wembley Golf Course and looks forward to the experience, leadership, and vision she brings to its future.
